Individual Coaching for Independent Artist's Release
STRUGGLE
Shaylee had a brand-new single called "Dearly Loved," but was unsure how to create a marketing plan or share it online. ​
SOLUTION
After talking, we decided Individual Coaching was our best approach. Since Shaylee lives in Nashville, TN, we met up weekly by video just 2 months shy of release day & walked through it, together. As Shaylee followed each "next step," we kept in touch via email to to connect on questions & ideas along the way.
SUCCESS
We saw Shaylee's engagement on social posts skyrocket with a ton of shares, comments & audience attention on campaign-related content. She landed press features in regional & national publications, one of which generated 800+ email addresses for her newsletter. A few months after consulting, we noticed she had 180K+ streams on Spotify after landing on a few big playlists. A few years after teaming up, she was signed to a music management agency. We were excited when she told us her success was a direct result of individual coaching sessions.

STRUGGLE
As a band on our home turf, we'd seen them live enough to know they have a killer product. When they shared they were seeing "low turnout," we knew coaching would be the key.
SOLUTION
We met up for an hour, ready to listen & walk through strategies to match what they told us about their team's ability to execute. Once we set our session goals, we took a Jam Session journey through what they'd tried and what we recommended, step by step. ​
SUCCESS
The day after their gig, we got a text from the band's lead singer to let us know the strategies had worked! What was once a "low turnout" dilemma led to a night with 100+ listeners.
